For orders below the free shipping threshold, rates are calculated by weight at checkout, with a minimum charge of $21 for BC, and $28 to the rest of Canada
We ship across Canada (Please note that we cannot ship to a PO box). We do not ship internationally.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once shipped, orders within Vancouver Island typically take 1-2 business days, orders to the mainland typically take 2-4, and orders beyond that may take 3-5 business days to arrive.
All orders are shipped with ATS Healthcare in a climate-controlled environment.
Alcohol cannot be left unattended by the courier, somebody of legal drinking age MUST be present to sign for the delivery. If you will not be at your home address during the day to receive the order, we recommend shipping to your workplace.
ATS will attempt delivery only once. If nobody is present for delivery, ATS will leave a note with instructions for picking up your shipment at their nearest depot.
