The final piece of my very #diy production process

The final piece of my very #diy production process to come together was the water bath pasteurizer. Without natural gas I couldn't do the typical tankless water heater style of self-built pasteurizer, so we ended up going electric! It ended up being cheaper to have an immersion heating element built, and to turn a macro bin into a giant kettle. Several months of use later, and it's still going strong!Thanks to hardware from @craftmetrics, the whole temperature cycling process is automated, and pasteurization units are tracked in real-time.
